FAQ

  • What do I have to do after I book?
    Very little! Our team is dedicated to make this the best party you have ever had. We ask you to respond quickly to questions we may have about your upcoming party. We will create and send you a PDF of all your custom invitations, you will be required to send them out. We ask for party details and an invitation list to get the invitations created and sent to you within a few days after you book. On the day of the party, we will arrive an hour early to transfigure your place into a wizarding world. Our witches and wizards are trained to make sure the decorations are properly set up in the most effective way for your space. Once the party is over, we will arrive and take down all the decorations. You will also receive instructions and explanations on all of the wizarding games you ordered with your party.
  • What happens if something is broken during the party?
    We understand that accidents happen. Most of our set ups are built to last. Hopefully, this will mitigate most things from breaking. If an accident does happen, please let us know after the party. We will assess the damage, and most likely our Reparo spell will be able to fix or replace most items at no cost to you. If a movie prop is broken or damaged beyond repair, a $20 fee will be added. If movie props are lost or stolen, we will assess the full cost to replace the item.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that things come up or plans change. If the party is more than two weeks away we will either work with you to reschedule, or if rescheduling is not an option, we can cancel the party for a full refund. If the custom invitations were made and sent, $10 is nonrefundable. If the party is less than two weeks away, we will work with you to reschedule the party or we will refund up to 80% of the booking cost. Parties canceled within two days of the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
  • How far out do I have to book?
    A one month notice is preferred. This gives us enough time to get your invitations sent as well as reserve your day and time. One week is the minimum amount of time required to book for catering orders.
